Tero’s culinary expertise spans prestigious fine-dining establishments in Helsinki, as well as notable work for the Finnish embassy in Vienna. His journey also took him to a Mangaliza pig farm in Austria, where he lived for several years, gaining invaluable insight into sustainable farming.
